1. ORDERS AND ACCESS

By connecting to the site and/or placing an order on muff.co, you agree to our terms and conditions.

2. AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCTS
MUFF & CO. reserves the right, without notice or obligation, to discontinue or change the selection of products offered on this site.
3. CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel an order placed on our website, you can do so by contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. Our email is: info@muff.co
If we were able to stop the order, we will refund the total amount. If we were unable to stop the order, you will have to return the merchandise at your expense after receiving it.
4. PRICE
The displayed retail prices are in Canadian dollars, before shipping costs. Our products are not subject to sales tax.
Shipping costs are $13 + taxes. For any purchase over $70 in Quebec, shipping (standard delivery) is free, except for the Northern territories.
*Additional shipping charges may apply for customers in remote areas. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know.
If your order total is less than $70, you are not eligible for free shipping.
The total amount is payable in one installment at the time of the transaction.
MUFF & CO. reserves the right to change retail and delivery prices at any time and without notice. Prices on the site may differ from prices displayed at our distributors.
5. SHIPPING AND RECEIPT
Shipping is done by one of our transport providers only within Canada, and therefore, a transaction cannot be completed for a destination outside the country.
Once the order is completed and paid for in our online store, it will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. The package will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Tracking your order: Once the order is processed, you will receive an email indicating the shipping status of your order, including a tracking number.

If you're not home for delivery: If there is no one at the destination address to accept the package, the carrier will leave it at your door. MUFF & CO. is not responsible for packages that are damaged due to weather conditions.
6. PAYMENT
Orders placed on the MUFF & CO. site must be paid by credit card using the Stripe service. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards directly on the site.
If you do not wish to use the online payment services offered, you can contact us.
We also offer assistance for online purchases.
8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of our e-commerce site at any time without notice. We, therefore, advise you to review these provisions each time you make a purchase.
