Many of us would love to bake our own bread or grow our own fruit, but the reality for young families today doesn't always allow for that. We want to make it possible for everyone to cook their own good, nourishing snacks, filled with quality ingredients that everyone can pronounce.
For the love of homemade
I'm Virginie — a certified nutritionist, specialized in Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition, mom of two children, and co-owner of Louisa, a warm neighborhood café, well-established in its community.
For me, cooking has always been synonymous with sharing and creating. I have a particular fondness for everything homemade: from muffins to preserves, to granolas, broths, plant-based milks... It's my way of taking care — of my children and myself.
Taking over Muff & Co. was a natural extension of what I do every day: making homemade simple, accessible, and nourishing. Mixes designed to fit into real life — the one where we sometimes rush, but where we want to eat well.
My favorite mix? Probably the banana chocolate one. It has that comforting something that takes me back to my childhood snacks.
