You'll need to add:
2 cups of milk or plant-based beverage
2 tbsp of white vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp of oil of your choice
1 egg (optional)
Organic unbleached wheat flour, Organic ground flax seeds, Sugars (maple nugget, organic cane sugar), Baking powder, Baking soda, Sea salt.

Can you make waffles?
Yes! Our mix works just as well for pancakes as it does for waffles. Prepare the batter as directed and then pour it directly into your preheated, well-oiled waffle iron. Waffles usually require a little more cooking than pancakes — watch them until they're golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
Can they be frozen?
Yes. Pancakes and waffles freeze very well. Let them cool completely and then place them in a freezer bag or airtight container, removing as much air as possible. To prevent them from sticking together, add a sheet of parchment paper between each tier. They will keep for up to 3 months in the freezer and can be reheated directly in the toaster, in the oven or for a few seconds in the microwave.
Can you add fresh or frozen fruit?
Yes! You can easily customize your mixture by adding about 3/4 to 1 cup of fruit to the batter. Small fruits such as blueberries, raspberries, cut strawberries or chopped bananas work particularly well. For frozen fruit, add it directly to the dough without thawing it to prevent it from releasing too much water and changing the texture. Mix gently just before cooking.
