Instructions:
Step 1
Prepare the Gingerbread muffin mix by adding the liquids as directed on the package + 1/4 cup of water. The addition of water allows for a more fluid preparation that is easier to spread on the plate.
Step 3
Bake at 375° for about 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Step 2
In a baking sheet about 11 x 17 inches, put parchment paper and spread the mixture.
Step 4
Cut into 4 equal sections. You can cut the contours to have rectangles with straight walls.
Step 5
Divide the icing between each rectangle and then stack them on top of each other. Finish by smoothing the little icing that sticks out around the edges of the log. You will then have the look of the naked-cake.
You can decorate your log with white chocolate chips or edible confetti. Don't hesitate to ask the children to participate, their imagination is so impressive!
