Frequently asked questions
Are the products really prepared in Quebec?
Yes. All Muff & Co mixes are prepared here in Quebec in an artisanal way, in small productions, in our workshop. Everything is done by hand.
Can you freeze muffins?
Yes! Muffins freeze great for up to 3 months. Let them cool completely and then store them in an airtight bag, removing as much air as possible. Also check out our guide: How to Freeze Muffins.
Can I use a plant-based drink?'
Yes. Plant-based drinks work very well in our recipes. You can use regular cow's milk as well as a soy, almond, coconut or oat beverage.
Can you make anything other than 12 muffins?
Absolutely. One mix, several possibilities: 24 mini-muffins, a bread size, a cake to share or even small financiers. Feel free to break out your favourite mussels — just adjust the cooking time to your chosen size.
